General remarks
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with SUSANNE BLOM. By placing an order, you accept that the following terms and conditions are declared applicable to the relevant order.
These terms and conditions also apply after termination of an agreement, unless the parties have explicitly deviated from these terms and conditions in writing.
Realization of an agreement
A binding agreement is concluded between you and SUSANNE BLOM when your order has been confirmed by SUSANNE BLOM. SUSANNE BLOM will send you an order confirmation by e-mail once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
Prices and taxes
The prices stated in the online shop include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Printing, typing errors and price changes reserved.
SUSANNE BLOM reserves the right to adjust incorrectly displayed prices in the online shop. Furthermore, SUSANNE BLOM reserves the right to adjust prices, taxes and other costs as shown in the online shop at any time.

EU – within 7 working days
International – within 14 working days
The costs for each shipping option are clearly stated during the ordering process.
Colour representation and measurements
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
The dimensions of the items are only approximate values. They are intended to give you an idea of the model or fit of that specific item and offer no guarantee for the actual dimensions of the item you receive.
The final dimensions of an item can vary depending on the material used for production.
Retention of title
The goods delivered within the framework of the agreement remain the property of SUSANNE BLOM until all obligations under the agreement (s) concluded have been properly fulfilled.
Guarantees and research
The goods, supplied by SUSANNE BLOM, meet the usual requirements and standards that can reasonably be imposed on them at the time of delivery and for which they are intended for normal use.
You are obliged to examine the delivered goods immediately as soon as the goods are made available to you.
If you complain, this will not suspend your obligation of payment. In that case you also remain obliged to purchase and pay for what you have ordered from SUSANNE BLOM.
If it is established that an item is defective, SUSANNE BLOM will replace the defective item within a reasonable period of time.

Intellectual property
All images, logo’s and designs used on this website are the property of SUSANNE BLOM and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission.
Any use of a work that has not been agreed upon is considered a copyright infringement of SUSANNE BLOM.
Returns
You can cancel or return your order from the date you placed the order up to 14 days after receiving the ordered items.
If the last day on which you can terminate the agreement falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Sunday, December 24 or December 31, the period will expire on the next business day.
You have exercised your right to cancel in time if you send a message to mail@susanneblom.nl, stating that you wish to cancel your order, before the period as mentioned above has expired. In your statement, please indicate your name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, order number and the products that you want to return.
The customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of product.
The customer is liable for all depreciation or value of the returned products as a result of use insofar as this use goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, quality and function of the products.
The right to terminate the agreement does not apply to products manufactured to your specific wishes or with a clear personal element.
Force majeure
SUSANNE BLOM is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond SUSANNE BLOM’s control, such as general labour conflicts, war, extreme weather conditions, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changed government measures, technical problems, errors in electrical, telecom or data connections or other communicative connections as well as disruptions or delays in supplier services due to circumstances as mentioned above. These circumstances result in exemption from liability and measures. In the event that such a situation occurs, SUSANNE BLOM will inform you about this, both at the beginning and at the end of the relevant situation. In the event that the circumstances persist for longer than two months, both parties separately have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Bankruptcy / moratorium
Both SUSANNE BLOM and you have the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the event of bankruptcy or suspension of payment from the other party.
Invalidity
If one or more provisions in these general terms and conditions are at any time wholly or partially invalid or should be annulled, then the remaining provisions in these general terms and conditions remain fully applicable. In an appropriate case the parties are obliged to consult each other in order to make a replacement arrangement with regard to the affected clause. The aim and scope of the original provision are taken into account as much as possible.
Applicable law and disputes
All legal relationships to which the user is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Parties will only appeal to the courts after they have made every effort to settle a dispute in mutual consultation.
Change of conditions
The latest version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement always applies.
SUSANNE BLOM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Modified terms and conditions are valid from the moment you accept the Terms and Conditions, in connection with a new purchase or while visiting the website.
